Job Profile

  • Check, organize and verify accuracy of data before it is entered.
  • Ensuring and monitoring timely departures and arrivals for VIPs
  • Coordinating with the Pilots, ground handlers and engineering department to ensure smooth flow.
  • Maintain record of work completed.
  • Provide backup to related position.
  • Ensuring everything for example food and beverages are taken care and tidiness of the aircraft is maintained.
  • Ensuring that the hotel and vehicle is reserved for the VIPs and Pilots on arrival.
  • Ensuring systems are updated on a regular basis.
  • Ensuring physical maintenance and monthly inspection is carried out.
  • Preparing passenger manifest and the boarding passes for the guests and getting it attested at the airport.
  • Arranging vehicle entry passes for the VIPs if required.

Emirates Airlines (Aircraft Manager)

Job Profile

  • Ensure smooth day to day functioning of departures and arrivals for incoming and outgoing flights.
  • Attending a pre-flight briefing, during which we are assigned toour working positions for the upcoming flight.
  • Being informed of flight details, the schedule and be attentive to passengers with any special requirements, such as diabetic passengers, passengers in wheelchairs or the number of infants on board.
  • Carrying out pre-flight duties, including checking the safety equipment and security checks, ensuring the aircraft is clean and tidy, ensuring that information in the seat pockets is up to date and that all meals, drinks and stock are on board.
  • Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats.
  • Informing fliers of the aircraft safety procedures and ensuring that all hand luggage is securely stored away.
  • Checking all seat belts and galleys are secured prior to take-off.
  • Making announcements on behalf of the pilot and answering questions during the flight.
  • Serving meals and refreshments.
  • Selling duty-free goods and advising passengers of any allowance restrictions in force at their destination.
  • Reassuring passengers and ensuring that they follow safety procedures correctly in emergency situations.
  • Giving first aid where necessary.
  • Ensuring passengers disembark safely at the end of a flight and checking that there is no luggage left in the overhead lockers and no stowaways or suspicious items on board.
  • Completing paperwork, including writing a flight report.

    • Customer Service In-Mall File: Compiled necessary information for the team to assist customers with the right information about various aspects relating to services within the mall, brands, prices & directions, etc.
    • CS Manual: Assisted in revamping the Manual for Jet Airways – CS Division.
    • Call Centre IVR Script: Assisted in formulating the IVR Script for the upcoming Call Centre.
    • Reports: Prepared reports as required by the Line Manager pertaining to the relevant events/activities taken place.
    • Other Documents: Preparation of documents such as Attendance sheets, Leave Balance sheets, Department Filing Labels and other relevant documents used within the department.

  • Communicating with the passengers in case of flight delays and handling them accordingly.
  • Reporting Maintenance issues to the respective department for immediate rectification.
  • Ensure positive and on-going communication between Customer Service, retailers, maintenance and security.
  • Issuing boarding passes to the passengers after verification and directing passengers about the boarding procedure along with the check-in details.
